How do I calculate percent change?

Subtract the old value from the new one, divide by the old value and multiply by 100. Going from 1,200 to 1,500 is a 25% increase. The Percent change card does this for you.

Are stacked discounts the same as adding them up?

No. 30% off and then another 10% off is 37% off in total, not 40%, because the second discount applies to the already reduced price. The discount card shows the real total.

How do I remove tax from a price?

Switch the Sales tax card to “Tax included”, enter the price you paid and your tax rate. It splits the amount into the price before tax and the tax, rounded to the cent.
