Terms of Use

This English version is provided for convenience; the Korean version prevails.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using all services provided by ToolayBox (the “Site”), including web tools, tests and mini games (the “Services”).

Article 2 (Use of the Services)

  1. The Services can be used free of charge without signing up.
  2. The Site may add to or change the content of the Services, and may suspend some or all of the Services when necessary for operations.

Article 3 (Accuracy of results)

  1. Results from calculators (such as take-home pay, loan and savings interest, and BMI) are estimates for reference based on published standards and may differ from actual amounts or figures. For important decisions, please confirm with the relevant institution or a professional.
  2. Fortune telling, tarot, compatibility and similar content is for entertainment and does not predict facts.
  3. Templates and formats such as ID photo specifications and quotes are for reference only, and you must check the latest requirements of the place you are submitting to. The Site does not create legal supporting documents such as tax invoices or receipts.

Article 4 (User responsibilities)

  1. You must hold the rights to the files and content you process with the Services, and must not infringe others' copyrights, portrait rights or personal information.
  2. When using the screen or audio recording features to record others' works or conversations, you may need the consent of the rights holder or the other party.
  3. You must not use the Services for illegal purposes such as forgery or fraud.

Article 5 (Data storage)

Favorites, records and similar data are stored only in your browser, so they may be lost if you clear your browser data or switch devices. Please keep important data using each tool's export (backup) feature.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The Site is not liable for damages arising from the use of Services provided free of charge, unless caused by the Site's intent or gross negligence.

Article 7 (Advertising)

Ads may be displayed on the Site, and any transactions made through ads take place between you and the advertiser.

Article 8 (Changes to these terms)

If these terms change, we will announce it on this page starting 7 days before the change takes effect.
