ToolayBox (the “Site”) values your personal information and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and other applicable laws. This policy explains what information the Site handles and how.
1. Personal information we collect
The Site has no sign-up feature and does not directly collect personal information such as your name or contact details.
- File processing: Files you add, such as images, PDFs, audio and video, are processed only inside your browser and are not sent to or stored on the Site's servers.
- Content you enter: Content you type into tools such as the character counter, calculators, resumes and quotes is also processed only inside your browser.
- Inquiries and suggestions: If you contact us or suggest a feature by email or other means, we receive the email address and content you send so that we can reply.
2. Use of browser storage (localStorage and IndexedDB)
Favorites, recently used features, and each tool's settings and records (for example, game high scores, habit logs, household budgets and recording lists) are stored only in your browser. The Site does not transfer this information to its servers, and you can delete it at any time using your browser's site data deletion feature.
3. Cookies and advertising
To cover operating costs, the Site may display ads from third-party advertising services such as Google AdSense. In that case, ad providers may use cookies and similar technologies to show ads based on your previous visits.

- You can turn off personalized ads in Google Ad Settings.
- You can refuse cookie storage in your browser settings, and you can still use the Site's features if you do.
If we introduce a visitor analytics tool, we will first announce its type and purpose in this policy.
4. External services
When external resources such as fonts (Google Fonts, jsDelivr) are loaded, connection information such as your IP address may be passed to those services. Each service's handling of personal information is governed by that provider's own policy.
5. Retention and destruction of personal information
Emails received as inquiries or suggestions are deleted without delay once we have replied and the matter is resolved. Where applicable laws require retention, we keep them only for the required period.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information held by the Site (such as inquiry records).

8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will announce it on this page starting 7 days before the change takes effect.
