How to use

  1. Choose Draw to sign with a mouse, finger or stylus, or Type to turn your name into a handwriting font.
  2. When drawing, pick the pen color and width. Use Undo (Ctrl+Z) or Clear to fix mistakes.
  3. When typing, pick a font, color and slant, and optionally add an underline swoosh.
  4. Pick 1x, 2x or 4x and keep Trim whitespace on, then save a transparent PNG or an SVG.

Is my signature uploaded or stored?

No. Your signature is drawn and exported entirely in your browser and is never sent to a server.

Can I use it to sign documents?

Yes. The transparent PNG can be placed on PDFs, Word files or contracts. Whether an image signature is legally valid depends on the document and where you live, so check if a formal e-signature service is required.

Should I save PNG or SVG?

A drawn SVG is a true vector that stays sharp at any size. A typed SVG draws text with a web font, so it may show a different font offline or in design apps. For typed signatures, PNG is the safer choice.
